REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation by the traveler, the deposit is non-refundable. However, Sacred Land Travels may, at their discretion and upon agreement with the traveler, hold the deposit as a credit toward a future journey if cancellation is received more than 90 days before departure. In the event of cancellation due to COVID-19, war, or any other national or international emergency, the payment for the trip will be fully refunded.
Cancellation must be received in writing or via email.
Due to high preparation costs, cancellations must be received in writing within 60 days prior to the travel date. Cancellations received 60 days or less before departure will not be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for transfers, city tours, or any other services (including meals, lodging, or transportation) that are not used at the traveler’s discretion.
