This website is owned and operated by Sacred Land Travels (SLT). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and the services offered by us. This website provides visitors with access to personal growth and wellness journeys around the world. By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not permitted to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any applicable law or regulation.
CONDITIONS
By purchasing a trip, you agree that:
(i) you are responsible for reading the complete itinerary and all related information before committing to the purchase; and
(ii) you are entering into a legally binding contract when you purchase the trip and complete payment forms.
The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change the prices of any trips displayed at any time and to correct any inadvertent pricing errors. Additional information about prices and sales taxes is available on the payment page.

RIGHT TO CHANGE THE OFFER

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and all materials contained in or transferred through it—including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all related intellectual property rights—are the exclusive property of Emy Shanti and Sacred Land Travels. RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL USER ACCOUNT
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service, permanently or temporarily, without notice or liability for any reason, including if, in our sole discretion, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request the cancellation of your account and/or any service at any time.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Emy Shanti and Sacred Land Travels harmless from any demand, loss, liability, claim, or expense (including attorney’s fees) made against them by any third party due to, arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered through it.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Emy Shanti or Sacred Land Travels be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses—arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Emy Shanti and Sacred Land Travels assume no responsibility for:
(i) any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;

(iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Your continued use of the website or our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided herein, and any claims or disputes related to them and/or the services shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All such claims and disputes shall be brought exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Riverside, California, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
